Lemon Icebox Pie
1 (9 in) Prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust 2 (8 oz) packages Cream Cheese, softened 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 Lemons, juiced 1 tsp Lemon Zest |
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth. Pour mix into crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves if desired. Serve with Cool Whip. |
